I was banned from the game for tax evasion if nothing will be affected can it be appealed?

I was selling a car and got scammed by this guy. I thought i can get the car back if have the pov thats why i trusted but its ok i just want him to get banned or something.

I was tryna sell my car and wanted to get rid of the taxes so wanted to sell by hand. I got my pov and everything so thats why i trusted. I got scammed. I though if i got pov nothing gonna happen and i'll get everything back so thats why i trusted but i dont know.
