We were defending our Solars, we killed them and gave them demands but they didn't fear for their lives.

I just spawned it HQ, to collect the solars, i found these 3 guys at the roof inside if the HQ shooting us if they even gave a demand i would have let them have it. pretty sure that is Ghetto rule 1.4, and RDM their ids are: 422913 , 420318 , 424099
