Shooting outside red zone

As you can see they all are shooting outside red zone trying to do vdm and cr also

My officer put a local at doc they are shooting inside when im tell him come out from your car he start abusing in rp chat and also do vdm to my officer when I'm block his engine he start running and shooting inside doc as you can see in my bodycam

When I'm come to local thease 3 guys are doc shooting at our officers also they are doing cr and using abuse words in rp chat also trying to do vdm
