This person is using a Speed Boost. As can be seen in the video at timestamps 00:30, 01:10, and 02:32, their movement speed is abnormally high. In addition to the excessive speed, the person appears to teleport in several scenes, which is clearly visible for example at 00:05 and 00:53.

Im requesting this persons POV due to multiple instances of teleporting that can be clearly seen . for example at 2:45 its very noticeable . also this person is locked onto my head and every bullet hits me directly and accurately at 3:10 as you can see.
