From the First when we are reaching at DOC to process this 10-15 ...as you see in the Pov when am going to process him he was carrying a firearm in his hand and i cant see that is he cuffed or not bcz in my eye he is not cuffed and if he is ...then i don't know how the doc officer cuffed him...

First of all he start shooting without any situations and demands , then what he say before kill me i cant understand and maybe you also cant .....after that he give demands its not valid because minimum 5 sec he needs to wait before shoot you can count its less than 2 sec and its Under UB...
