I saw this man while I was patrolling in NG and I opened fire as they taught me. While I was about to call someone with full authority, the player committed the crime stated in the evidence.
Someone blew up one of the family vehicles at our family home and abandoned the game. I've seen their IDs and have photos of the evidence. I'd appreciate any help.
