Please reconsider you decision because this might not be rdm but I really think punishment would be cr and provoking

I was driving around heard gunshots in a red zone drove past family capone they kept following me around in two vehicles asking me what my problem was and kept ramming me i was trying to leave that area. After constant provoking and standing infront of my car so i cant leave without running them...
