hello, i was trying to kill my bounty and someone before that reported me for random shooting and i got demorgan + warn for trying to kill my bounty u can see on my video i have bounty and i want my warn removed.

i was playing today everything was normal and then in the middle of my gameplay my " connection was lost" ( my internet is good i dont have problems ) but i cannot connect everyime i try to connect to the server it says connection lost , server is unavainable can someone help ?
