RDM in city

Player emptied 10k AR Ammo, 200 ARs, 1.2k Revolver Ammo, 100 Revolvers, 3k SHotgun Ammo, and 80 SHotguns, and more without the approval of the Leader. Video shows evidence of him emptying the vehicles that we give only access to high commands and then he left the family.

Family Business War event was going to start in 2 minutes, and this guy comes and Mass RDM/VDM half my family right before event.. I don't know which family he is in but they literally planned it, he was hovering over my family for 5-10 minutes before doing this right before start of event...

This is not me saying Larry did his job incorrectly, he just rushed doing my complaint in my opinion. If you carefully look at video you can see ID 130378 on the roof at 0.42 shooting at us also. If you pause at 0.47 you see ID 130378 in left hand corner of screen still shooting at my family...
