Hey retrying this again fixing what I think I did wrong. I haven't played the game for a long while now and today tried to log in and got a message saying blacklisted with no days stating when unblacklisted. I do not know why I was blacklisted since I did not play at the time of the blacklist...

I haven't played the game for several months and trying to login today I got this blacklisted message? I dont know why I was blacklisted since I haven't been on at all?? If I could get an explanation of what happen and or a appeal I'd appreciate it thank you.
