A government agent detained a lady outside doc for whatever reason but soon shooting took place and the officer started running while dragging the lady in cuffs please review this as you can see in the video ..

Well the a government officer cuffed a lady and was taking her back to DOC but the shooting started and he started running while he was dragging that lady in cuffs and i guess this is metagaming please look into it …
