I give more then 170 damage and he use bridge as well in event plus he jumped on bridge as well he did not die. Please ask for full POV from this guy he is using something. ( you can see he jumped from bridge )

I came back from weapon factory event and this id 148338 came out of no where and start pickpocket one of my fam member. This person deserved punished severely.
