So, this gang member was trying to steal ng trucks and i blocked his engine to stop him but he left the game.

So we were arresting this guy (188143) and we pointed gun at him to go down but he ran away and left the game.

So i was there in lspd garage and this guy came and killed with his heli at timestamp (0:43)
