This guy has had 5 reports filed on him in a single day, all within hours. He also has a long history of punishments that have been approved. I think he needs maximum punishment.

Here is my POV. My friend was asking someone what fam their in. To which they replied with, "go check." As I went to check the house, he gave me commands. I immediately walked way. That's when he began shooting at my friend. I ran to the car for cover, but as you can see I was killed.
