Caught on stream in Government Car Park. If you watch video there is a guy VDMing as well. Admin Responded (name of admin was Jonathan). Uploading POV as requested.

Caught the guy on my stream. He was ramming people and actually knocked a guy unconscious before admin came. Luckily its in footage.

Guy made no demands, just rammed us off the road and attacked us. Also we both are armed. he has no family and no other cars to help him. Killed us. NoDramaJustALlama @83150 Fellow Collector has footage also.
