Killed me without making any proper demands. He killed me again later which I will be posting another thread for since there was another player involved in that violation

I fined his vehicle for not having a license plate. Which I was going to tell him after I finished towing the car but then he killed me without making any proper conversation or threats.

Was just doing my job and towing the vehicle. The owner came out of nowhere and killed me without making any demands at penalty parking at 2:44 on bodycam footage, which is an unscripted GREEN ZONE. I checked with the HC of LSPD as well. There was a passenger as well. Don't know his involvement.
