Everyones been using the same drug effect for 3 years now and its the only legal effect with redux apart from Vanilla GTA, your kinda late to the party.
The redux does not render item placed by the Developers of GRP, but renders only items placed by GTA itself. If it was illegal, the fence and the tombstones wouldnt even render, itll just be an empty land.
