i got banned for no reason, everything is on the video proof.

I got stuck by glitch in the market area where is blocked by admin, I requested admins help 3 times and no one helped they just replied, Than i said "come help me i am stuck because of your fucking creation". and they replied enjoy and i got blocked for 7days.
