i did reinstall and i opened teq ticket but still in pending for 3 days

yes bro i can't see anything no cars or any thing

bro everytime i join the server my player is bald and i can't see and anything in map like no icons i can't see cars or any thing even that i have good pc and internet how i can fix that issue i'm tired of that i have to restart my game like 10 times so the game can work
