FL is not even allowed out of green zone. This is EN server. FL out of GZ is only allowed when both persons are agree to talk in FL.

i was having my hair cut at hair saloon in Red Zone but as per rules hair saloon is Unscripted Green Zone and this guy (ID : 189737) came and killed me and i was inside the shop at that time.
