I was minding my own business on the side of the road, and semi-afk, too. And this guy evidently goes out of his way by making an unrealistic turn towards me just to hit me, because it's fun and I'm on the road anyways. Here's the video: Here's his clear ID shot:

GR 3.1 says OOC insulting. I don't see where OOC insult is :D It was all in-game, brother. And no other rule was broken as no family member was mentioned or no forbidden words were said. I've already talked to an admin about it. They said I'll be fine. Thank you for making the effort though!
