i was just passing by and saw a unconcious guy which is the suspect and 2 guys were around him i asked them that should i patch him they said no and the suspect started abusing in indian verbal abusive words i dont know about other 2 if they are breaking rule you can check in the pov.

i just reached the blackmarket and the guy killed me without demands and it was not even red zone it is clearly not following gr 6.15 as show in the pov.
