I went to Auto workshop to checkout luminous wheels which are available, this guy just came inside the workshop and started ramming and honking at me, and started ramming others who came inside as shown in the POV

I was at bank near Life Invader calculating cost of a car and this guy shot me down for no reason. Guess the guy was new to the city and wanted some action so he started shooting people down.
