that player didn't come to that place where he died

I was in a Christmas event and a guy abused me and I replied to him, I was kick form the game and when i logged in back in i was banned for 3 days because of this. And i am waiting for this event so badly and this happened. no warning direct ban that not fair. i request admin how will review...
