video that person supplied to admin does not show me triggering emote after death also think that a big point here also. I might not be able to prove i triggered it 10 minutes before death but video player provided did not show me triggering emote after death shows guy running past with emotes...

also what justified maximum penalty when record is clean also no pov proof that emote was triggered 10 minutes before death friends down street were playing with emotes walk up to fam house unaware of rule as can see to new to city will be running pov from now on only thing protects my account...
