i was on my own property and they came and started to kill me the robbed me on my own property

i have already been to jail for fear rp and now i have been sent back to jail for rdm on a second punishment from the same situation when it should have been all in one punishment. and pluss in the their pov it was clear they was meta gaming and using another device to talk.
