How can a person accidentally steal a car and run? I have full POV of him posting the ads and then blocking me from contacts as well.

This guy did bug abuse to bypass the stealing animation by instantly sitting on his car and used this method to scam multiple people, including myself.

He didn't miss a single shot. It feels like he must be using cheats!

as u can see in this pov i didnt had a gun on my hand but as soon as kept the phone inside the gun came on my hand and so i cound'nt realise that i am holding a gun and so i opened the pda.

I just came back from event and as u know when we come from event we are unable to see our gun and so i didnt see a gun on my hand and i just opened the PDA to edit my ad.

clearly heard in the pov of an ar and we were using circum ur friend was using ar. also they can check logs who shoot first.
