I was unjustly banned, and the mod who banned me, unbanned my account in game but was unable to unban my social club id which is required to log into the game. Someone please help!

I was banned for "cheating" because I shot in a green zone, however I was a cadet in Sahp at the time of the incident, therefore that is what allowed me to shoot in the greenzone. I was driving (off duty) and someone started firing at me, so I jumped out of my car to return fire. I was not...

Someone started shooting me first, thats the only reason I returned fire, you can see in the body cam footage that the car in front of me got shot, therefore we panicked. Also my game crashed when I died, I didn't combat log.
