After discussing my ban with with Mascot Federal I found that I cannot use Windows to record. I was helped to download the correct software and advised I could apply to have my ban reduced. So I am requesting for my ban to be reduced as it is not listed anywhere what software to use to record so...

I put in a complaint for CR but I get banned with no reason given? Why was I banned?

196054, 195973 just started CR us for no reason on our way to the oil fields. Not in the red zone. They didn't stop until we exploded and died.
