his clearly cheating

so i had a bad time with that guy that made me decide to kill him afrer he tried to killing me with a car car ramming me several times .... and when i shoot my smg it did no damage then i hit with revolvere 2 times thats 100+ damage i have maxed skills but his hp didnt go down

he is clearly godmode

me and my friend were driving and they hit us cuz of speed and they started shooting us and ruined our fun of the day
