I handcuffed the suspect and he probably told his friend in a foreign language to come and kill him to avoid RP. 2 times. Probably via Discord which is metagaming, because he cannot talk via radio while handcuffed.

I tried to pull over a guy driving on the sidewalks etc. Then it came up to a chase. In the end, he did a jump from a bridge and failed RP.
