driver knows hes wanted he comes for insurance got tazed drove off in hes friends car we were gona tow hes car then he abuse the parking and called it back when he knew the car is involved in a rp situation

wanted person left hes car and ran away and called car back at parking while he know hes car is getting towed

these guy came and found it funny to just vdm couple times on purpose
