LEOs tried to conduct a traffic stop on this individual after an attempted ATM robbery. They refused to pull over after issue Stop Request by multiple officers and verbal command to stop.

This particular individual was arrested earlier today for Failure to Comply. He came back and asked me why he was arrested, I explained the reasoning to him. He got in his vehicle and left, then proceeded to run me over with his vehicle and taunting me.
