LEOs tried to conduct a traffic stop on this individual after an attempted ATM robbery. They refused to pull over after issue Stop Request by multiple officers and verbal command to stop. -

This particular individual was arrested earlier today for Failure to Comply. He came back and asked me why he was arrested, I explained the reasoning to him. He got in his vehicle and left, then proceeded to run me over with his vehicle and taunting me.
