How could 14828 already be punished for RDM against me when I've only posted 1 complaint?

I exited my beach house and heard gunfire, so I went to see what was going on. I witnessed ID 14828 attacking ID 54797. Without provocation or RP, ID 14828 then RDMd me in my car.

ID 52817 and 40597 attacked me and killed me outside the ghetto without provocation or any RP reason.

RDM at LS Customs. Suspects stole our vehicles too.

I was sent to Demorgan for MG. The original thread presented no evidence that I was metagaming. In fact, I was utilizing the in-game telephone on speaker and my video will present that as fact. I was not utilizing external software or any means of communication. I was engaged in RP at the time...
