Brother event rule 1.11 clearly says "all players must be inside a red circle.shooting outside the zone is forbidden." As you can see the zone is yellow. So you can slide to out of the zone, shot and go back to yellow circles.

yesterday at 22.30 we won the rp ticket event but this guy stole our tickets. i check the family logs and he stole 20 tickets. he got 15 ticket at 01.18 23.01 - 5 tickets 00.01 - 5 tickets 01.01 - 5 tickets and he got 5 more at 02.01.
