After revival at hospital, this same one who sent me there found me and killed me again and his buddy killed my friend. this is 2 times in 20 mins. NO RP was used.

175053 stopped on the sidewalk, tried to hit me twice with his car and then got out and started punching me without ANY RP AT ALL. then i pointed my gun at him to make him leave then he pulls out his shot gun and starts blasting immediately. again NO RP. im waiting on a revive and then he COMES...

absolutely no RP involved, just crashed and shot. purposefully ran car into us when we were clearly out of the way. no chance for RP given in such a short time between crash and kill.
