Life Story:
Maxx was a lonely kid and had no parents; he lived in a box and didn't want anyone to take care of him. Maxx loved making money and wanted to make money for his own personal use so Maxx started robbing stores in his home town called Bennington. Maxx was successful until one day he walked up to one store and he walked in it was dark but lonely at 12 PM at night he didn't know what was gonna happen since he robbed this store before but 2 years prior he came up to the counter and and demanded the money he then got shot in the chest he ran out the door bleeding and and decided to go to one of the closest houses and demanded them to patch him up, he then was running all around town thinking on what to do he then found a person who can get Maxx from Bennington to Los Santos. Maxx decided to give this person all of his money so he can go to Los Santos and Maxx was wanted by the police in Bennington so Maxx needs to make money and decides to go threw the Ranks of the LSPD, FIB, and finally SAHP to lose the cops and make money.
Career Story:
Maxx arrived at the Los Santos Beach, he then wanted to make money so he can get a passport he then found a Gang Leader who gave Maxx a Fake Pass Port but it costed Maxx money. Maxx then decided to make a deal with the Gang Leader to join NG to make the money back and to get the Gang Leader any Guns he wanted because Maxx came to him asking for stuff. Maxx then went threw the ranks of LSPD and every dollar he made he gave it to the Gang Leader. Maxx. then Joined NG where he then went threw the ranks and made millions and gave it to the Gang Leader he then decided that Maxx needs to keep working for the LEO's and keep giving him money. Maxx then joined FIB where he kept making money but not as much but the Gang Leader wanted more he wanted Guns and everything in the city and decided that NG made more money for the Gang Leader. Maxx Joined NG where he is now a High Command and proceeds to make millions and more guns then the Gang Leader can imagine. The Gang Leader loves that he is making him money and Gun that he takes it all from Maxx so Maxx takes his anger out on other people and it gets out of hand sometimes.
Outcomes:
1) Maxx doesn't follow any law while detaining a criminal, he doesn't show his ID, read rights or provide a lawyer, no IC laws are followed.
2) Maxx can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. (no ORG gears included and only off duty) and is able to use drugs and illegal Items while on/off duty.
3) Maxx Can remove someone's wanted/previous crime for money (Upto 100k)
4) Maxx can break people out of Jail. (escaping from the prison (darknet task or using USB))
5) Maxx can search anyone for their bodycams, and destroy them. ( using /try 2 tries per situation and /do to break )
6) Maxx always carries truth serum while on duty and can inject it to gather some information (2 time per situation).
7) Maxx can release 10-15s by taking money and Firearms/ammunations (100k and relevant to that)
8) Maxx can put tape on his 10-15 if he refuse to give money and asking for lawyer so he can not speak to any lawyer at DOC.
9) Maxx can get or leak any information and unlock trucks for theft in exchange for Money.(100k max - No OOC information)
10) Maxx can torture/interrogate people if they doesn't follow his demands (with a RP reason)
