Life Story:
Marklon Hill was born in Los Santos. When he was a child, his mother was killed by a gang member in front of him and his father was a police officer for 30 years, his biggest dream was to work in the SAHP. His father served in the SAHP for many years and transferred to the FIB. After Marklon graduated from police high school, he went to the police academy, his father had retired for 2 years and when his father's health problems emerged, Marklon started to take a break from school. But this did not last long, his father died 2 months later. He and his father hated the gang members and were looking forward to that day to get revenge on them. After Marklon graduated from police high school, he started working at the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and his academic career was going well. He was completely devoted to protecting the people of Los Santos and would work to find his mother's killer.
Career Story:
After Marklon spent a long time in SAHP, Zaid Soloo, who became Undersheriff, told him that he was very successful in this job and that he would get paid for it in the future. However, one day while he was on patrol and arrested 10-15 people, the devil thought he was a partner with him and told the suspect that he could release him for a certain fee. This was his first bad activity in the police force. Marklon liked this idea and could gain trust from the gangs by using his bad police skills and take revenge on his mother.
Outcomes:
Marklon can sell/buy weapons and drugs (no org stuff).
Marklon can take task from darknet and help prisonners escape the prison
Marklon can search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, he can break it (/do breaks bodycam)
Marklon robs/kills in the ghetto, or kidnaps and robs/kills in isolated areas (following Gen 6.16, SR 5.5, and Ghetto-rule 1.8).
Marklon can remove criminals from the wanted list and clear their criminal records.
