Dear Grand RP Administration,
I am writing this appeal regarding the punishment I received for violating rule GR 3.1, which prohibits OOC insults. I want to start by sincerely apologizing for my behavior — I fully understand that insulting another player, whether in-character or out-of-character, is against the rules and goes against the respectful and welcoming environment the Grand RP community strives to maintain.
In the moment, I let frustration get the better of me, and I acted in a way that I regret. It was never my intention to ruin anyone’s experience or to show disrespect toward another player or the staff. I now understand that no matter the situation, I should have handled it maturely and through the proper in-game or forum channels rather than reacting emotionally.
I’ve learned from this mistake and I assure you that I will handle myself with more patience and respect moving forward. I really enjoy being part of this server and would appreciate the opportunity for a second chance to prove that I can follow the rules and contribute positively to the community.
