i had a hit on him, and he was my target. i was following him around to make sure it's him also.

proof of hit.

i confirmed it was him, i was in the area and told to leave so my only option was to snipe from afar.
i'm also not sure if you can post on forums from 3rd person?

i would like my warn, and jailtime removed.
