A citizen came to lspd to discuss a fine that was false. The conversation took place in the reception vc in lspd dc server, where the involved officers were not present icly at the reception ingame.
Despite this, they were actively transferring IC information through OOC means, taking unfair advantage of the situation. At around 2:22 TS, I was muted in the reception vc which is supposed to simulate an ic environment. Muting someone in an IC channel without an actual ingame reason or presence is a direct example of powergaming and is not allowed. Reception is considered an ic channel, and actions such as muting should only be reflected through actual ingame rp. If I was present ICly (at the LSPD reception ingame), there would have been no realistic way for anyone to mute me, especially if the officer wasn’t even present Icly to roleplay such an action.
There were more IDs involved in the situation. So please review it carefully.
