hey bro! i'm the person in this clip. i am a bounty killer and the tag was sent to your location a few times so i scouted the area and waited for you. i then shot and killed you as i thought you were my bounty killer. i then realised after it was someone behind you at lspd. i went back to the location i mistakenly killed you to patch you up but you were already dead. my apologies bro. i was rping as a bounty killer, but got the wrong target. please forgive me.

also at 1:40 in the clip you can see i tried to shake your hand to see if you were my target, but you didn't shake my hand. once again, my apology.

here is my pov of the situation, the marker made it seem as if it was you then that was my focus. again i apologise for mistaken you as my bounty. admin please take into consideration it wasn't a purposeful RDM, i was roleplaying as a hitman but unluckily killed the wrong target.

rule is rule correct. however i was roleplaying as a hitman, not random killing. therefore my point stands. i just killed the wrong target by mistake. in life real, hitmen have also killed/hurt innocent humans by mistake for mistaken identity.
my intentions weren't to rdm - rule break. i was simply trying to complete my bounty hit task.
