I was recently banned for violating General Rule 1.7 during a business (235) transfer. I understand that the transfer was considered against the rules because I gave the business to a friend so he could sell it. At the time, I didn’t fully realize this was a rule violation. My friend was banned for the same kind of transfer involving a house, and that’s when I became fully aware of Rule 1.7 and its implications. Since then, I’ve been very careful and have not attempted or committed any similar violations. This incident happened a few months ago, if I recall correctly. I've been a long-time player on the server and have always tried to follow the rules. I can assure you that this mistake was not made with bad intentions, and I deeply regret it. I’m fully aware of the rule now and will make sure not to repeat this behavior.
I kindly ask for a second chance. I’m even willing to accept a money wipe if needed, as I value being part of this community more than anything else.
