But Bone knew better; the pieces would not fit into the tapestry of dishonesty of bureaucratic language. Bone entered the system he despised, not to be part of it, but to dismantle it. He wore the badge, took the oath, and did his job. And as he did, he dug deeper, watched closely, and waited. As he inched closer to the truth, the pattern was revealed: the betrayal was not on the streets but behind doors, in the halls he walked.
Career Story
Bone was a street product, low-key as he learned the rhythm of the force. Promotions and medals didn't mean a thing to him; he required answers. But he did not give up. He climbed through the ranks, by no choice of his own, but because the system placed him in command. With each promotion, greater access. More papers. More secrets. And more of the corruption he was combating. He attempted to reform in earnest. Suggested reforms. Disobeyed corrupt orders. But each move was blocked, warped, or concealed. Something shifted. Bone came to understand that the system was immutable; it was programmed to self-protect. He ceased playing by the rules and started to compromise, beginning with minor transgressions. One compromise spawned another. Bone Sinclair is presently Head of the Department, no longer the idealistic champion of justice. He's changed harder, sharper, deadlier. He doesn't serve the law; he works it. In a broken city, you don't repair the machine; you take over and determine who gets crushed by the gears.

2. Bone can clean people‘s criminal background from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
