As you see red Bucatti vehicle (ID : 82310) did multiple VDM in Getto , I want him to be punished for VDM .

ID 82310 did not do VDM, as he is not the driver.

However,

ID 199246 will receive a punishment for VDM
(Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles is prohibited)​
