Rejected ID 129250 Unprovoked Killing in Green Zone

I was standing outside hospital with my friend waiting for a taxi when he came up and punched us. He pulls out a gun and shoots me a few times. I manage to put my POV on to catch him punch me last time and kill me. This person must be in a legal organization and he is messing around killing in green zones.
