Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Partially Accept this report.
ID 73485 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15 & Provoking
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them + Purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them is prohibited)
As Per Gen Rule 3.1 & Gen Rule 3.2 The insults are not audible, but she seems to be provoking you.
