Everything is already clear. These NPCs asked me to stop, I said I couldn't do it now because I was going to leave my load. When they insisted, I stopped and asked them the reason for this. Instead of telling me, they started to intervene by continuing the ‘Get out of the car’ flame and shooting. In order to ensure trust, I also turned off my motorbike. And these idiots have now put me in jail just because I did not obey the stop warning. Seriously, I think there is a mistake in their ‘Interview’ part. I knew that shocking also falls under RDM, I asked an official about it at the time.
I also obey your stop warning both times, but I don't move directly when you ask me to get out of the car. I am asking a very easy to understand and right question ‘WHY?’.

Police can stop you for IC reasons, e.g (Over speeding, carrying illegal weapons, etc.)
