I had literally only been playing on the server for about an hour and a half. I spawned at the last location and was trying to figure out where to go next. Suddenly, a car pulled up, someone got out, and killed me without saying a word.
I quickly went over the rules, and as far as I understand, this may be a violation of:
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
... since there was no RP interaction with me, and this didn’t happen in “ghetto” area.
If I’m mistaken, I apologize — I haven’t fully studied all the rules yet.
Also, if it’s relevant, I’m not from Russia or Ukraine.

It's a very strange system that doesn’t really make sense from an RP perspective. It's one thing to be killed without a word, but ending up in jail afterward feels especially odd.
